Terms of use

By using NEXXDOORS you agree to book in good faith, provide accurate guest details, and respect house rules published on each listing.

Bookings

A booking is a request until staff or the host confirm it. Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings. Commission and host-tier fees are operations records, not a wallet.

Hosts

Hosts must keep availability and contact details current. NEXXDOORS may assign listing tiers and relay guest messages for Silver and Regular listings.

Liability

NEXXDOORS is a marketplace. The stay contract is between guest and host. Report issues to support.
